TeeMarshal is tee sheet, booking, payments, and golfer communication software for independent public golf courses. We charge a flat monthly price and stay out of the way between you and your golfers.
Why we are building this
For years, a lot of course software has been sold as free. It is not free. The course pays in barter: a couple of tee times a day that the vendor sells on its own marketplace, often at a discount, to golfers who then belong to the marketplace.
That trade made sense when online booking was new and hard to build. It makes less sense now. The tee times given away are usually good ones. The golfers who book through a marketplace learn to look there first, and to wait for the discount. And the course ends up renting access to its own customers.
Our view is simple. A tee sheet is a tool, and a tool should have a price tag. Pay the price, keep your inventory, keep your golfers, and decide for yourself where your tee times are sold.

What we will not do
It is easy to make promises on an about page. These are specific enough to hold us to, and the first three are written into our terms.
- We will not take tee times as payment.
- We will not sell or rent your golfer data, or market to your golfers.
- We will not make it hard to leave. Export is one button, and there is no long-term contract.
- We will not invent a per-booking fee later. If our pricing ever changes, you get notice in writing well ahead of time.
- We will not claim a feature is live when it is still rolling out. Our feature pages say which is which.
