Tee sheet

The tee sheet your staff will live in

Book, move, check in, and block times in a click or two. The sheet updates live on every screen, keeps working when the internet drops, and prints cleanly for the starter's clipboard.

Built for a busy counter

The day view shows every tee and every time with the things staff actually look for: who is playing, their rate, cart or walking, paid or unpaid, and who has checked in.

  • Click an open seat to book: search a golfer by name, phone, or email, or add a new one
  • Drag a booking to another time to move it, with the price rechecked on the server
  • Right-click or long-press to check in, mark a no-show, cancel with refund options, split a group, or resend the confirmation
  • Keyboard shortcuts for the staff who want them: new booking, check in, search

Blocks, leagues, and frost delays

Drag across a range of times to block it for a league, an outing, maintenance, or a private event. When frost hits, one frost delay shifts the whole morning by the number of minutes you choose, moves the bookings with it, and texts the affected golfers.

Live on every screen

When the pro shop books a time, the starter's tablet shows it within a couple of seconds. Online bookings, phone bookings, and walk-ups all land on the same sheet, so nobody is working from a stale printout.

Keeps working offline

The day's sheet is cached on the device. If the connection drops, the sheet still loads, changes queue up, and they replay in order when you are back online. If a queued change no longer fits, for example the time filled, staff see exactly which one and why.

No double bookings

Every booking, move, and cancellation goes through one locked path in the database. Two people grabbing the last seat at the same moment cannot both get it. Every change is written to an audit log with who did it and when.

How it works

  1. Set your tees and intervals

Tell TeeMarshal your tees, first and last time, and interval. It builds the sheet 120 days ahead and keeps it rolling.
  2. Work the day

Book, move, and check in from the day view. Use the week strip or jump to a date for anything further out.
  3. Print for the starter

The print view fits one page per tee with compact rows, ready for a clipboard.

Common questions

Does it handle 9-hole and 18-hole play on the same sheet?

Yes. A course with two 9-hole tees can run crossover play, so an 18-hole booking on the front reserves the matching time on the back. An 18-hole tee shows as a single column.

Can the starter use a tablet?

Yes. The sheet is a responsive web app that runs in a tablet browser and can be installed to the home screen. There is no native app to install or update.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The sheet renders from the copy cached on the device and shows an offline banner. Changes made offline queue and replay in order when the connection returns, and any conflict is shown to staff rather than silently dropped.

Can we allow fivesomes at certain times?

Yes. Capacity lives on each time slot, so you can raise it for a range of times, for example twilight, without changing the rest of the day.
