Recurring memberships and the pro shop POS need some setup with us first, so we switch them on for your course when you ask. Everything else you turn on yourself. See all features
Payment processing
You connect your own Stripe account and you are the merchant of record. You pay Stripe's standard rate directly to Stripe. TeeMarshal adds no markup at launch, and payouts go from Stripe to your bank on your schedule.
Text messages
Each course gets its own local number. Included per course per month: 1,000 on Starter, 3,000 on Pro, 3,000 on Group. Beyond that, texts are billed at cost plus a small handling margin, itemized on your invoice.
No contract
Month to month. Cancel in the app, with no phone call and no notice period. Export everything before or after you cancel. If we are not earning the fee every month, you should not be paying it.
Compare it with what barter costs you
If your current software is paid for with tee times, the fair comparison is not $0 against a monthly fee. It is the value of those times against a monthly fee.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days free from the day you go live. No card needed to start. The 30 days start when you click Go live, not when you sign up, so the time you spend setting up is never counted and never charged. It applies to every plan. You can add a card and choose a plan at any point during the trial, and your first charge lands on the day the trial ends, not sooner. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends with the date and the amount.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you have chosen a plan, it starts and your card is charged the plan price. If you have not, nothing is charged. You see a reminder in the app, and the tee sheet becomes read-only 21 days after the trial ended. We never block check-in for bookings that already exist.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee. You can cancel in the app under Settings, then Billing. Your data export keeps working so you can take everything with you.
What do I pay for card processing?
Stripe's standard rate, paid by you directly to Stripe from your own Stripe account. TeeMarshal adds no markup at launch. If that ever changes we will tell you in advance and in writing, and you can leave.
What happens if we go over the text message allowance?
Extra texts are billed at cost plus a small handling margin, itemized on your invoice with the message count. Booking confirmations are never held back because of an allowance.
What is the founding-course offer?
The first 25 courses to go live keep the price they sign up at for as long as they stay subscribed, and we migrate their golfers and future bookings from their old system at no charge.
Do you take any tee times, a share of green fees, or a fee per booking?
No. You pay the flat monthly price. Every dollar a golfer pays goes to your Stripe account, less Stripe's processing fee.
Can we charge golfers a convenience fee?
On Pro and Group you can add a convenience fee of up to $5 per player to online bookings. It is optional, it is shown to the golfer before the last step, and you keep 100% of it.
How does Group pricing work?
Group is $299 per course per month for operators with 2 to 10 courses. Every course gets everything in Pro, plus an org dashboard, optional shared golfer records, and one invoice. More than 10 courses? Talk to us.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Starter and Pro at any time from Settings, then Billing.
What if our account goes past due?
You get a banner after 7 days and the sheet becomes read-only after 21 days. We never block check-in for bookings that already exist, because your golfers should not pay for a billing problem.
Two Pro features say rolling out. What does that mean?
The AI phone agent and Reserve with Google are not generally available yet. The phone agent is being released to Pro courses in stages, and Reserve with Google depends on Google approving TeeMarshal as a booking partner. Everything else on this page is available today.
