Every booking, online or at the counter, builds a record of the golfer: how often they play, what they spend, whether they show up, and how they have agreed to be contacted. It is your list, and you can export it any time.
One profile per golfer
Each profile shows contact details, tags, notes, booking history, payments, rain checks, messages, and consent status with its history. Rounds played, lifetime spend, no-shows, cancellations, and last played date update on their own as bookings happen.
Duplicates handled for you
When a golfer books again or you import a list, TeeMarshal matches by phone number first and then by email. If two records do slip through, the merge tool combines them and moves the bookings across.

Build a segment with plain rules and see the count update as you go.

Common questions
Who owns the golfer data?
Your course does. TeeMarshal does not market to your golfers, does not sell the list, and does not run a marketplace that competes for them. You can export everything as CSV or pull it through the API at any time.
Can we bring our existing customer list?
Yes. Importers are included for GolfNow G1, foreUP, Lightspeed Golf, and Club Prophet exports, plus any CSV with a column mapping step.
Does imported marketing consent carry over?
Only when you confirm in the import that the consent exists, and that confirmation is logged. Otherwise imported golfers are not opted in to marketing texts.
