Leagues and outings without the spreadsheet
A league is set up once and blocks its times every week with the roster attached. An outing gets a date, a format, a deposit invoice, and printable cart signs. Both live on the tee sheet so nothing gets double booked.
Leagues
Choose the day, start time, number of weeks, tee, and group size. TeeMarshal blocks the sheet each week and generates the tee times from that block.

Outings
Set the date, shotgun or tee times, number of groups, contact, and per-player price. Send a deposit invoice through your Stripe account. Edit the roster and groups, then print cart signs and scorecards as PDFs.
Tied to the sheet
The block is created automatically. If an outing cancels, its times go back on the sheet for public booking.
What it does not do
TeeMarshal does not do tournament scoring or handicaps. For that it links out to Golf Genius.
Common questions
Is this available now?
Yes, on every plan. Turn it on in your course settings, under Labs.
Can league members pay online?
Not through the league itself. Staff record what each member has paid and the roster shows who is still outstanding. Outings are different: they get a deposit invoice the organizer pays online.
Does it replace Golf Genius?
No. It handles the tee sheet, roster, and payment side and links to Golf Genius for scoring.
