Bookings from your Google listing, onto your sheet

Many golfers find a course on Google Search or Maps. TeeMarshal connects the booking button on your Google Business Profile to your own tee sheet, so that golfer books with you and ends up in your golfer list.

Rolling out to Pro courses. The full in-Google booking flow needs Google's partner approval, which requires about 25 live courses.. This page describes how it is designed to work. Ask us where it stands for your course.

Where this stands today

We would rather be plain about it. Booking inside Google itself requires TeeMarshal to be approved as a Google reservations partner, and Google asks for about 25 live courses before it will approve one. The integration is being built and tested ahead of that. Until approval, the booking link on your Google listing takes golfers to your own TeeMarshal booking site, which you can set up on day one.

What you can do right now

Add your booking site as the booking link on your Google Business Profile. Golfers who tap it land on your branded booking site, and those bookings are tagged as coming from Google in your reports.

What changes after approval

Golfers will be able to pick a time and book without leaving Google. TeeMarshal sends Google your open, online-bookable times at your public rate and updates them through the day. The booking is created on your sheet with Google as the source, through the same capacity checks as every other booking.

Still your golfer

The booking is with your course at your price. There are no barter times involved and the golfer's details go into your CRM.

How it works

  1. Claim your Google Business Profile

If you have not already, claim and verify your course's listing with Google.
  2. Add your booking link

Paste your TeeMarshal booking address into the profile's booking link field. The docs walk through the steps.
  3. Turn on the feed when it is available

Once TeeMarshal is an approved partner, a toggle in settings sends your availability to Google.

Common questions

Can golfers book inside Google today?

Not yet. That requires Google's partner approval, which needs about 25 live courses. Today the booking link on your listing sends golfers to your own booking site.

Does Google take a cut or barter times?

TeeMarshal does not trade your tee times to anyone. Golfers pay your course your price.

We already have another provider's booking link on our Google listing. What do we do?

You can change the link on your Google Business Profile yourself. The docs include the steps, and settings will link to Google's guidance for opting out of other providers.
