DocsData export
Data export
Your data is yours. You can export all of it at any time, on any plan, without asking us and without a fee.
Export everything
- Open Settings, Data.
- Choose Export everything.
- We build a zip file of CSVs in the background and email you a download link when it is ready. Even for a course with years of history this takes minutes.
- The link works for 7 days. Run the export again whenever you want a fresh copy.
What is in the zip
| File | What it contains |
|---|---|
| golfers | Every golfer: contact details, tags, notes, consent status, rounds, spend, last played |
| bookings | Every booking: date, time, tee, players, status, source, totals, confirmation code |
| booking_players | One row per player on each booking, with rate class and fees |
| payments | Every payment with amount, method, status, and Stripe reference |
| refunds | Every refund with amount and reason |
| rain_checks | Codes, original amounts, remaining balances, expiry dates |
| rates | Your full rate grid |
| seasons | Season names and dates |
| slots | Your tee times for the next 120 days |
| messages | Message history: who, when, channel, and delivery status (not the message text) |
| campaigns | Campaigns with their content and results |
| audit_log | Who changed what, and when |
CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers, and every other tee sheet system can import them.
Exporting one table or report
Every list and every report in TeeMarshal has an Export CSV button. Use it for a quick pull, such as this month's rounds by rate class or a filtered list of golfers.
Automated access
If your accountant, your website developer, or another system needs live data, use the public API and webhooks. They are included on every plan.
Card data
Card numbers are never stored by TeeMarshal, so they are not in the export. Saved cards live in your own Stripe account, which stays yours if you leave.
If you leave
There is no contract and you can cancel in the app under Settings, Billing. Run a full export before you cancel and take everything with you. If you use a custom booking domain, point it at your new provider whenever you are ready.
