Booking window and release time
With a 7-day window and a 6:00 am release, next Saturday opens for online booking at 6:00 am this Saturday, in your course's time zone. Staff can always book further out from the sheet.
Payment options
- Pay now. The golfer pays the full amount at checkout.
- Deposit. The golfer pays the deposit percent at checkout and the balance at the course.
- Pay at course. Nothing is charged online. Pair this with card on file if no-shows are a problem.
- Golfer's choice. The golfer picks between paying now and paying at the course.
The total a golfer sees always includes green fee, cart if chosen, tax, and any convenience fee. Nothing is added at the last step.
Convenience fee
The convenience fee is off by default. Courses on Pro and Group can set a fee of up to $5 per player. Your course keeps 100% of it. TeeMarshal does not take a share.
Cancellation and no-shows
Golfers can cancel or change the number of players from the link in their confirmation. Inside the free cancellation period they get a full refund. The page shows the refund amount before they confirm. Staff can always override, and can issue a rain check in place of a refund.
When you mark a booking as a no-show and a card is saved, the no-show charge is attempted for the players who did not show. If the charge fails you see a clear message on the booking, and nothing else changes.
Holds
When a golfer opens checkout, the tee time is held for 5 minutes with a visible countdown so two people cannot buy the same seat. If the hold runs out, the seat goes back on sale automatically.
