Tee sheet basics
The tee sheet is the screen your counter staff and starter live in. This page covers the things you do every day.
Finding your way around
The sheet opens on today. Use the week strip, the date picker, or the Today button to move around. Each tee is a column and each tee time is a row. A course that starts on both nines sees Front 9 and Back 9 side by side.
Each row shows:
- The time and the public price for that time.
- A chip for each player, colored by rate class, with a cart icon and a paid or unpaid dot.
- Check-in state, open seats, and a badge if the price was changed for that time.
- Shading when the time is inside a block such as a league or maintenance.
Booking a tee time
- Click an open seat. The quick-book drawer opens.
- Search for the golfer by name, phone, or email, or add a new one.
- Set players, 9 or 18 holes, cart, and the rate class for each player.
- Choose pay now, pay at course, or card on file, add a note if needed, and save.
Staff bookings confirm immediately. The price is always worked out by the system from your rates, so two staff members never quote different prices for the same time.
Moving a booking
Drag the booking chip to another time. If the new time is full, the chip snaps back and a message tells you why. If the move changes the price, the booking is repriced and the difference is recorded. The golfer gets an updated confirmation.
Check in, no-show, and cancel
Right-click a booking (or long-press on a tablet) for the action menu:
- Check in the whole group or individual players.
- Mark no-show. If your policy charges for no-shows and a card is on file, the charge is attempted.
- Cancel, with refund options based on your cancellation policy.
- Split a group, print a receipt, resend the confirmation, or open the golfer's profile.
Blocking times
Drag across a range of times to block them. Pick a kind (league, outing, maintenance, event, private, hold, or frost delay), give it a name, and add a note. Blocked times are not bookable online.
Frost delays
Choose frost delay as the block kind and enter the number of minutes. Every tee time in the range shifts later by that amount, bookings move with their times, and affected golfers get a text with the new time. Delay notices are sent even during quiet hours, because the golfer needs to know before they leave the house.
Live updates and working offline
Online bookings, phone bookings, and changes from other staff appear on your sheet within a couple of seconds, with a small pulse on the row that changed. If your internet drops, a banner tells you. The day stays on screen, your changes are queued, and they are replayed in order when the connection returns. If a queued change no longer fits (for example, the time filled up), you get a message naming the booking.
Printing for the starter
Print gives you one compact page per tee for the starter's clipboard. Many courses print the next day's sheet at close as a backup.
